Terms of service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of this online store and your purchases from CoreLuxo ("CoreLuxo", "we", "us", or "our"). By visiting the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
These Terms are written for consumers in the United Kingdom. Nothing in them removes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other UK consumer protection law. If any term here conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights win.
Who we are
CoreLuxo is the seller and trader for every order placed through this store. Our full trading details and address are set out in our Legal Notice and Contact page.
Eligibility and use of the store
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order, and you must give accurate and complete information. The store is for lawful, personal, non-commercial use. You may not misuse it, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, or break the law.
Orders, prices, and availability
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, not when you place the order or when payment is taken. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example because of availability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery costs, where any apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Prices, promotions, descriptions, images, and availability can change without notice. We work hard to present them accurately, though colours may vary slightly with screen settings. Please review your basket, delivery details, and total before ordering.
If we spot an obvious and unmistakable pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not simply take the higher amount.
Payment
Payment is taken through the methods offered at checkout. By supplying payment details you confirm you are authorised to use them. Payment processing is carried out by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. They explain where we deliver, how long it takes, your 14-day right to change your mind, your rights if goods are faulty, and how refunds work. Please read them — they carry real detail about your rights.
In summary: goods remain at our risk until they reach you; we deliver within 30 days unless agreed otherwise; you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason; and faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods can be rejected for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Quality of goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 every item we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for its purpose, as described, and match any sample or model shown. These are legal guarantees we cannot exclude.
Intellectual property
The store and its content — text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, and design — are owned by or licensed to CoreLuxo and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use it without our prior written permission, except as the law allows.
Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the terms implied by sections 9 to 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described); or defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987. Any other liability is excluded only to the extent the law permits.
We supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by an event outside our reasonable control. If one occurs we will contact you as soon as possible and either extend delivery times or, if the delay is substantial, let you cancel for a full refund.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at hello@coreluxo.com. Most problems are resolved quickly and we would always rather fix something than argue about it.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, we will write to you confirming deadlock, tell you about any alternative dispute resolution body able to consider your case, and confirm whether we are willing to take part. Using ADR is voluntary for both of us, and it does not affect your right to go to court. Free, impartial consumer advice is available from Citizens Advice.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any contract between us are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may bring proceedings in either Scotland or England and Wales; if you live in Northern Ireland, in either Northern Ireland or England and Wales.
As a consumer, you always keep the benefit of any mandatory protections available to you under the law of the part of the UK where you live.
Other terms
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not insist that you do something you are required to do, or delay in taking action, that does not mean we have given up our rights. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, and will always tell you in writing if we do — and your rights under these Terms will not be affected.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date at the top. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it — a later change does not alter a contract we have already made with you.
